The CoolSculpting Elite treatment doesn’t typically hurt. During the procedure, you may experience sensations of pulling, tugging, intense cold or stinging at the treatment site. Following the procedure, you may experience some temporary common side effects such as swelling, bruising, and/or tenderness in the treated area. You will likely experience numbness in the treated area, which could last for a few weeks, but this too will dissipate over time. Most people find this doesn’t stop them from enjoying their normal daily activities.
